I received my bachelor's degree from Western Governors University. My major was special education. I am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction from the same university. Helping people out is something I do as I teach and instruct people. I find every child I work with unique. I use differentiating instruction to help guide my students. Meeting the learner is something I believe in. I make sure to do all I can to find the best way for my students to learn.Some of my main subjects that I feel most comfortable with include elementary math, reading, writing, phonics, grammar and mechanics, American history, study skills and organization, math, English, and social studies. In addition to this, I can help students improve their study skills and organization. I can also help with elementary math as well as tutor in the summer. I live in Alpharetta, GA. In my spare time, I also love to play softball, swim, hike, read, and work on gardening.
